Infrared thermography means a "beyond red temperature picture". Infrared thermal imaging is the science of detecting infrared energy emitted from an object converting it to an apparent temperature and displaying the result as an infrared image that is captured by an infrared thermal imaging camera.When you hire Coastal Property Inspections for your home inspection, infrared thermal imaging is included at no additional charge. Chris, your inspector, will use the camera to inspect areas that may be suspect for possible issues such as electrical panels, ceilings, walls and floors where water pipes are present. As you can see from the photos, the dark purple areas show water is present.
